091 - Why You Need A Custody/Parenting Plan In Writing NOW.

It's been a while since I did a solo show.  I miss just chatting with you one on one!  I wanted to talk about why it's so important to have a written parenting plan in place, no matter what stage of divorce you're in. 

Having a written plan protects both parties.  It removes ambiguity and confusion when there is a dispute about the children. If you don't have a written plan, then when something goes wrong, you will spend time and money fighting about it when it possibly could have been mitigated if it was in the written plan.
